Wendy's Kitchen Table
1,1,1,1 Loaf

INGREDIENTS
1 cup caster sugar
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup self-raising flour
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180˚ C. Spray and line a loaf pan with baking paper.
Place all ingredients in a bowl. Mix until combined.
Spoon into loaf pan.
Bake for 35 minutes.
This recipe is so easy you could get your 5 year old to make it. Delicious fresh out of the oven with butter or make a decadent cream cheese lemon icing. Decorate with some coconut shavings and lemon rind and your friends will think you spent all day making it!!!
