When you don’t have enough hours in the day to bake something from scratch, this cheats banana bread is your “go to” recipe. AND no one will ever know you used a packet cake mix!

INGREDIENTS

3 over ripe bananas, mashed

2 eggs

1 box of vanilla cake mix

METHOD

Preheat oven to 180˚C. Spray and line a loaf pan with baking paper.

Mix mashed banana and eggs in a large bowl. Add packet cake mix.

Mix to combine. Spoon into prepared pan and bake for 35 mins or until a skewer comes out clean.
