Baileys Chocolate Brownies

Anything with Baileys in it has to be good, right?



150g butter

1 cup caster sugar

¾ cup cocoa

1 teaspoon vanilla

3 eggs

½ cup Baileys

2/3 cup plain flour



Preheat your oven to 160˚C and line a 20cm square baking pan with baking paper.

Place the butter, caster sugar and cocoa into a large saucepan and cook over a low heat while stirring until ingredients are melted and combined.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the vanilla, eggs, plain flour and Baileys and mix to combine.

Pour the mixture into your prepared tin and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool before cutting into pieces. Dust with icing sugar.
