    Baileys Chocolate Sauce

    Yes please!!! Oh my this sauce is incredible over ice cream. I have decided along with my Baileys White Chocolate Fudge this is going to be my Christmas gift for teachers and friends this Christmas. Soooooooo goooood. So easy. Get cooking my friends.xx

     

    INGREDIENTS (Makes 2 cups)

    200ml pouring cream

    90g brown sugar

    3 tbs golden syrup

    20g butter

    200g dark or milk cooking chocolate, finely chopped

    120ml Baileys Liquor

     

    METHOD

    Place all ingredients except chocolate and Baileys into a saucepan.

    Bring to the boil over a medium heat.

    Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes stirring continuously.

    Remove from the heat and add the chocolate and stir until melted.

    Add the Baileys and stir well to combine. Add extra baileys if you wish!!!!!

    Pour into a sterilized jar or bottle. Keep refrigerated for up to a week.
