Cadburys Top Deck Chocolate Slice
My beautiful friend Yolanda made this very tasty slice using Cadbury Top Deck Chocolate for our family for dessert, after my daughter’s cochlear implant surgery. It was delicious and a hit with all the family. Thanks Yol!
220g block Cadbury Top Deck Chocolate
1 cup self-raising flour
½ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
½ cup shredded coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Preheat oven to 180˚C/160˚C fan-forced). Line a slice tin with baking paper.
Chop up chocolate and place in a mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared slice tin.
Bake in oven for 20-22 minutes. When cool cut and dust with icing sugar.
This recipe can be made using any type of block chocolate.
