1 cup rolled oats
1 cup rice bubbles
4 weetbix crushed
1 cup coconut
½ cup fruit-dates, apricots, sultanas
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup honey
Combine rolled oats, rice bubbles, weetbix, coconut and fruit in a large bowl. Mix well.
Combine sugar, honey, peanut butter in a pot, heat until melted, then simmer for 2 minutes stirring constantly to stop burning. Mix into dry ingredients.
Press into a slice tin and cut when cool.
