1 ½ tsp baking powder
100g butter, melted
1 ½ cups water
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups plain flour

METHOD
Preheat oven to 175˚ C or 160˚C fan-forced. Spray and line a lasagne dish with baking paper.
Add caster sugar, cacao powder, baking powder and salt into your food processor. Pulse for 10 seconds. Next add eggs, vanilla, water and melt butter to the mixture. Pulse for 20 seconds. Lastly add the flour. Pulse and stop for 6 times or until mixture is smooth and combined. Pour into lasagne dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Sit for 10 minutes and then turn out onto a cake rack until completely cooled. Dust with icing sugar and cut into slices.
