Chocolate Nut Clusters

These are super easy to whip up and super delicious to eat. Make them ahead of time and store in a container in the fridge for visitors that drop in. Add your favourite nuts, dried fruit or even chopped up marshmallows. So many possibilities so be creative and make them your own.

INGREDIENTS
200g good quality milk cooking chocolate, broken into squares
200g good quality dark cooking chocolate, broken into squares
3 x 50g Crunchie bars, roughly chopped
200g roasted salted peanuts
METHOD
Gently melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water or in the microwave on reduced heat.
Stir through the crunchie bar and peanuts.
Drop small spoonfuls of mixture onto a baking paper lined tray.
Set in fridge. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 weeks.
