Cream Cheese & Pineapple Dip

Sometimes in life simple things are the best........ like this dip.
A work colleague of my husband, Laura, served this dip at her house warming. It is so tasty yet so simple. Makes a great table centre piece served inside half a fresh pineapple shell.
INGREDIENTS
250g cream cheese, softened
400g tin crushed pineapple, drained with juice reserved
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
METHOD
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, crushed pineapple, onion powder and garlic. Mix in reserved juice from pineapple as desired. Chill in the refrigerator until serving. Serve
