Crunchy Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge

Peanut butter and chocolate are the perfect combination. If you like the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups then you will love this fudge. My Irish friend Lennie introduced our family to this fudge.
INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup crunchy peanut better
250g dark or milk chocolate melts, melted
250g white chocolate melts, melted
METHOD
Melt the white chocolate and the milk or dark chocolate in separate glass bowls in the microwave on 50% power for short intervals until the chocolate is smooth and melted. Stir with a metal spoon after each interval. Combine 1/3 cup of peanut butter with the white chocolate mixture and 1/3 cup of peanut butter with the dark chocolate mixture. Mix until smooth. Leave to cool slightly.
Then drop spoonfuls of white chocolate mixture and dark chocolate mixture into a lined 12 x 22cm loaf pan. Gently shake the pan to level the mixture then pull a skewer backwards and forwards through the mixture to create a marbled effect. Refrigerate until set. Cut into squares.
