Curried Sausages

Curried sausages just like Grandma use to make. Try this family friendly one pot meal cooked slowly in the slow cooker. I promise, you won’t be disappointed!
INGREDIENTS
500g beef/pork sausages
1 large onion, sliced
4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 carrots, sliced into chunks
½ cup frozen peas
½ cup frozen corn
2 tsp Keens curry powder
3 cups beef stock
1 tbs tomato relish
2 tbs sugar
1 tbs vinegar
1 tbs worcester sauce
1 tbs tomato sauce
3 tbs cornflour
METHOD
Spray slow cooker with olive oil. Add the sausages, onion, potato, carrot, corn and peas to slow cooker. In a bowl whisk the stock, relish, curry powder, sugar, vinegar, Worcester sauce, tomato sauce and cornflour until smooth. Pour over sausage and vegetable mixture. Mix to combine gently. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
