Easy Apricot Balls- Gluten Free

Yummy, easy to make, freezer friendly, gluten free apricot balls.
INGREDIENTS
200g dried apricots
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup almond meal
½ cup dessicated coconut, for rolling
METHOD
Mince/chop apricots in a food processor until fine.
Add almond meal and process. Add condensed milk. Process until well combined.
Roll teaspoonfuls into balls and roll into coconut. Store in fridge until needed.
