Easy Roast Chicken w/veges

Made this for dinner tonight. Delicious. Loved the potatoes cooked in the marinade.
INGREDIENTS
8 pieces chicken, skin on and bone in
4 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 brown onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, crushed
salt and pepper
Sweet potato, potato, peeled and sliced 2 cm thick
Steamed broccolini to serve
METHOD
Preheat oven to 200˚C or 180˚C fan-forced. Line a roasting pan with baking paper.
In a bowl combine marinade. Season well.
Place potato and sweet potato slices on the bottom of the pan.
Layer chicken pieces over the top.
Pour over marinade.
Bake for 50 minutes, flipping pieces and basting with marinade after 25 minutes.
Serve with steamed greens. Pour onion and juices over chicken.
