Best Ever Hedgehog Slice

My family love this version of hedgehog slice for 2 reasons. It uses a square 20cm by 20cm pan which gives a much thicker base and secondly it uses 2 packets of plain sweet biscuits, one crushed finely and one broken in large pieces, which gives great visual appeal and texture.
INGREDIENTS
2x 250g packet of plain sweet biscuits -Arrowroot, Marie
250g butter
3 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp coconut
395g tin of sweetened condensed milk
200g milk chocolate, broken into cubes
METHOD
Line a 20cm by 20cm square tin with baking paper.
Place one packet of the biscuits into a food processor and process until they are finely crushed. Add the second packet of biscuits and process until they have broken into large pieces. Place the biscuits and the coconut into a large bowl and set aside. If you don’t have a food processor you can crush your biscuits with a rolling pin.
Into a small saucepan place the condensed milk, cocoa and butter.
Cook over a low heat until the ingredients are well combined and the butter melted.
Pour the melted ingredients into the crushed biscuits. Mix until the ingredients are well combined.
Pour the mixture into your pan and flatten and smooth the surface with the back of a metal spoon.
Place the milk chocolate cubes into a glass microwave safe bowl and cook on 50% power for 30 second bursts, mixing in between, until it is melted. Pour over the top of the slice and place in the fridge until set.
