Mars Bar Christmas balls
200g Mars Bars, chopped
2 tbsp of pouring (thin) cream
2 tsp cocoa powder, sifted
3 cups Rice Bubbles
100g white chocolate
1 teaspoon Copha
Tube of the red and green Christmas M&M’s
Spray cooking spray into 2 x 12 cup mini-muffin trays. Melt the Mars Bars, cream and cocoa in a microwave safe glass bowl on medium power (50%) for 2 minutes stirring after every minute until smooth. Add the Rice Bubbles and stir until well combined. Spoon the mixture into the muffin trays and press down gently with the back of a spoon. Refrigerate until set.
Melt the white chocolate and copha in a microwave-safe glass bowl on medium power for 2 minutes, checking and stirring at 30 second intervals until smooth. Turn the crackles upside down and dip tops into chocolate. Decorate with a red M&M on top of each one.
Chocolate Crackles bring back so many memories of birthday parties when I was a kid. They were always a big hit. For something different this Christmas make this Mars Bar version of the chocolate crackle for class parties and kinder break-ups using the red and green Christmas M&M’s.
