Mars Bar Easter Crackles with Cadbury eggs

I have been creative in the kitchen this morning, taking an old recipe and giving it a new twist. Forget the children, us adults will devour these Easter inspired chocolate crackles.

4 x 53g Mars bars, chopped
2 tablespoons pouring cream
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
3 cups rice bubbles
Cadbury candy coated mini eggs
12 medium paper cases.

Place 12 paper cases in a medium hole muffin pan.
In a microwave safe glass bowl place the Mars bars, cream and cocoa powder. On medium power (50%) melt the chocolate mixture in short bursts of 40 seconds, mixing after each one.
Place rice bubbles in a large bowl and pour in the Mars bar mixture and stir until well combined. Spoon mixture into paper cases and decorate each one with an Easter egg. Store in a container in the fridge.

NOTE: If in NZ use Moro Bars.
