    Mars Bar Mallow Fudge

    INGREDIENTS (30 pieces)

    2 x 395g cans sweetened condensed milk

    3 x 180g blocks dark chocolate,

    3 x 72g Mars Bars or Snickers Bar chopped 

    1 X 1000g bag mini baking mallows

    Toasted shredded coconut, decoration

     

    METHOD

    Grease and line a slice pan. In a saucepan place condensed milk and dark chocolate and melt over a low heat until smooth.

     

    Then add mars bars and mallows and mix quickly. Pour into slice pan and smooth out for the back of a spoon. Sprinkle over toasted coconut. Refrigerate overnight.

     

    Cut into small squares.

    Roasted nuts would be an awesome addition..

    WARNING: This is very high in sugar and definitely only for sweet tooths and for a special treat. I make this as a Christmas gift for teachers and friends.
