2 Ingredient Pizza Scroll/Dough Base
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups Self Raising Flour
1 cup Greek yoghurt
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180C˚ or 160˚ fan-forced.
Mix flour and yoghurt and make a ball. Add more flour if the mixture is too sticky.
Knead for a few minutes.
Sprinkle extra flour on bench, roll dough into rectangle.
Add your desired topping.
Roll up (lengthways) and cut into 2cm scrolls and place on lined tray.
Bake for 15- 20 minutes or until golden
