Popcorn and White Chocolate Biscuits

This is a biscuit the kids (and adults) will love. The combination of sweet and soft with a salty crunch make these rich buttery biscuits a winner!

250g unsalted butter, softened
110g caster sugar
80g condensed milk
300g plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 cups popped natural popcorn
½ cup white chocolate, melted, cooled, to decorate

Preheat oven to 160˚C or 140˚C fan-forced. Line 2 oven trays with baking paper.
Cream butter and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer until it is light and creamy. Add condensed milk. Beat until smooth. Sift in flour and baking powder. Fold in popcorn.
Shape tablespoons of the mixture into balls. Flatten balls into rounds and bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Cool on a rack.
Drizzle over melted white chocolate.
