Honey Rice Bubble Slice

I stumbled across this recipe recently, which brought back many fond memories of my childhood. This slice was always a party favourite in New Zealand. Great for parties and as a treat in school lunchboxes.
INGREDIENTS
100g butter
100g sugar
2 tablespoons honey
4 cups of rice bubbles
METHOD
Melt the butter, sugar, and honey in a large saucepan. When melted, boil for 3 minutes, take off the heat and add rice bubbles, mix in.
Put in a 20cm by 20cm square cake pan and leave to cool before cutting into squares.
To make this recipe gluten free use Gluten free rice bubbles.
