    Easy one Bowl Rocky Road

    This easy divine treat will make a great gift this Christmas. Experiment by making your own variations using your favourite chocolate, nuts, lollies and chocolate bars.

    INGREDIENTS

    400g good quality cooking chocolate (dark, white or milk), broken into pieces

    150g marshmallows, cut in half

    150g soft raspberry lollies, cut in half

    3 Mars Bars, roughly chopped

    150g Macadamia nuts, cut in half

     

    METHOD

    Line a 30cm by 20cm slice pan with baking paper.

    In a large glass microwave proof bowl, melt the chocolate on 50% power in short

    30-second bursts until melted and smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.

    Add nuts and lollies into melted cooled chocolate. Stir to coat.

    Pour into tray and refrigerate until set. Cut into squares.

    Store in a container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
