Strawberry, Date and Almond Bliss balls

Strawberries are my favourite fruit and they are currently in season.
These bliss balls make a delicious winter snack.

INGREDIENTS
2 ½ cups almond meal
10 fresh dates, pitted
250g strawberries, hulled
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp white chia seeds
¼ cup desiccated coconut, for rolling
METHOD
Place all ingredients (excluding the desiccated coconut) in a food processor. Process until combined.
With damp hands, roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. Toss in coconut to coat. Store bliss balls in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
