Toblerone Fondue

This sauce is so simple and popular with young and old alike. Went down a treat today at our annual Boxing Day lunch at the Koch’s.

SERVES 8

INGREDIENTS
400g Toblerone, broken into pieces
2 tablespoons honey
8 tablespoons cream
Fresh fruits, marshmallows

METHOD
Combine Toblerone, honey and cream into a small saucepan. Stirring with a metal spoon until all ingredients are melted.

Serve with mango, marshmallows, bananas, melon, grapes, blueberries and strawberries.
