No - Bake Gingerbread Rum Balls

Christmas is just around the corner so get your truffle on. Package them up with ribbon and spice and all things nice.
INGREDIENTS
500g Old fashioned Gingerbread loaf crumbled(See recipe on WKT) or Coles Brand Ginger Loaf
¾ cup desiccated coconut
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
4 Tbsp dark rum (optional)
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Desiccated coconut for rolling
METHOD
Place the cake crumbs, coconut and condensed milk, rum, if using, and chocolate chips in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls and coat in coconut. Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge.
