Mars Bar Balls

If you love Mars Bars or Moro Bars (for my kiwi friends) then you are going to love these little balls of sweet delight!

INGREDIENTS
250g shortbread Biscuits
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
½ tin sweetened condensed milk, 
3 x 53g Mars Bars cut into bite size pieces (1cm)
Chocolate sprinkles

METHOD
Finely process biscuits to a fine crumb. Mix in cocoa powder. Add condensed milk until a moist dough forms.
Get a heaped teaspoon of mixture and flatten slightly in the palm of your hand. Place a cube of Mars bar in the middle and mould the mixture around it. Roll into a smooth ball shape and then roll into sprinkles. Keep in the fridge.
